In the whole process of application, please refer to the instruction manual. Common problems indicate that the actual operation should not exceed the rated voltage of load electric flow. When the released rated voltage is too large, it may lead to local short circuit between relay coil cores and poor posture of actual operation relay. And it may also lead to incorrect optical rotation of relay and absorption diode.

As a result, there are many problems that should be paid special attention to in the relay. Next, let's talk about the common problems of relay in several aspects

1、In the whole process of application, the relay should not exceed the rated voltage of load electric flow. When the released rated voltage is too large, it may lead to local short circuit between relay coil cores and poor posture of actual operation of relay. And it may also lead to incorrect optical rotation of relay and absorption diode.

2、The key to the poor condition of the insulation layer between the outputs of the relay is that the electric arc charge and discharge generated between the contacts of the relay is distorted by the external electromagnetic field or the electromagnetic field caused by the actual operation of the coil, reaching the coil terminal, resulting in a short circuit fault. However, when the relativity is related to the load of the relay, the isolated charge and discharge between the contacts turns into carbon or the powder deposition of the contacts, which leads to the poor posture of the insulation layer or the poor insulation layer bearing the lower working voltage.

3、Relay in the output power supply circuit, sometimes there will be a problem of loop resistance increase. So the key is all because of the harm caused by the organic compounds adhering to the relay contact surface. In order to remove the natural gas discharged from the formed products of the relay in advance, baking (heating under the high vacuum pump standard) is carried out. We have also developed and designed products that greatly reduce the amount of natural gas, which are gradually applied to various commodities.

4、Secondly, for the relay, the requirements for small and medium-sized, highly sensitive machinery and equipment are relatively high, so the core wire of the coil is getting thinner and thinner. Because the relay is installed on the packaging printing base plate, although cleaning has been carried out, sometimes the ultrasonic kinetic energy is concentrated on the coil core wire, resulting in disconnection. Generally speaking, the running water is not allowed to clean up the floating dust and dirt, otherwise under the condition of water application, it will cause super strong standing wave, which is likely to cause the coil core wire to be disconnected, so it must be determined in advance.

5、With the increase of coil temperature of AC actual operation relay, the amount of current decreases (about 0.4% for every 1 ℃ increase), avoiding the wrong optical rotation of diode embedded relay connected in the opposite direction. Otherwise, it may cause the relay to vibrate and disconnect, and if it is more serious, it may damage the relay immediately.
